Submission instructions

The below abstract submission instructions will be found within the above abstract system.

TITLE: Spell out words, do not use abbreviations. Use sentence case, avoid all caps. Max characters are 150.

AUTHORS : Names and surnames for each author must be provided. Do not include degrees or titles. Presenting authors’ name will be published in bold.

AFFILITATIONS : Each author should be listed by University/Hospital, Department and Country. Please make sure to include this complete information in the Affiliation text box.

TEXT: Each abstract must include a correct description of objectives, material and methods, results and conclusions, so that the Scientific Committee of the Congress can make a correct review.
The abstract must be in English and should be a maximum of 300 words, excluding the title, authors, affiliations and references.
It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be published as typed by the author, if accepted. Poor English may be a cause for rejection.

FIGURE/TABLE: ONE image, of for instance graphs, tables or diagrams, can be included in the abstract submission.

PRESENTATION TYPES: There will be 2 types of presentation: Oral and Poster presentation.  Please indicate preferred presentation type.

REVIEW: All abstracts will be reviewed by at least two members of the Congress Scientific Committee. Final consideration will be of the Congress Scientific Committee.

ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS: For accepted abstracts, the presenting authors are required to be in attendance at their oral/poster sessions (allocated by the Congress organization).
Only Abstracts of registered participants will be printed. At least one of the authors must be registered for the Conference.
